Drive-in Movie in South P!

Just last week, on Wednesday October 4th, Stony Brook’s Commuter Student Association (CSA) worked together with the office of Commuter Student Services and Off-Campus Living (CSS & OCL) to present their biannual Drive-In Movie! We had the pleasure of watching Wonder Woman, an awesome film released only a few months ago, in June 2017. Commuters, residents, and even members of the public, joined the two organizations in SBU’s South P parking lot for some free popcorn, concessions, and an all-around great time!
Happening once every semester, the Drive-In Movie fosters an inclusive environment for ALL Stony Brook students to enjoy, despite their status as a resident or a commuter. Plenty of people filled parking spots with their cars, while others set up chairs and picnic blankets in front of the huge inflatable screen. Fun fact: whether you commute to school or live on campus, YOU’RE AWESOME!
Special thanks to both CSA and CSS & OCL for all of their hard work on this event; and shout out to Stony Brook’s Commuter Assistants for volunteering their time to help out!
